30 days to change your mind

You have 30 days from delivery to send a piece back. It must be unworn, with its tags and original packaging. You can choose an exchange (another size or colour) or store credit.

Your legal right of withdrawal (EU and UK)

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, and get a full refund of the price and the standard shipping cost. To use it, tell us by email at brightupllc3@proton.me (a simple statement is enough) and send the items back within 14 days of telling us. We refund you within 14 days of receiving the items, using the payment method you used to pay. This right does not limit the 30-day exchange described above.

How to send something back

Email us your order number and what you are returning.
We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions.
Pack the item unworn, with its tags, and send it with a tracked service.

Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, that one is on us: send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we replace it or refund you in full, including shipping. You do not need to send it back unless we ask.

Buy 1, Get 1 Free and gifts

If you return one item from a Buy 1, Get 1 Free order, the refund is the amount you actually paid for the item you return. Free gifts do not need to be returned.
