Free tracked shipping

Every order to Europe and the United States ships free and with tracking. There is no minimum order.

When your order leaves

Each product page shows the date your piece ships by. The estimated delivery window is shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email. As soon as your parcel leaves, we email you the tracking link.

Customs and duties

Prices shown in your local currency include the taxes displayed at checkout. If an extra customs charge is ever requested for an order inside the EU or the US, write to us before paying it and we will sort it out.

Wrong address or a parcel that does not move

Check your address before you pay: we can change it only before the order ships. If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, or the parcel shows as delivered and you do not have it, write to us at brightupllc3@proton.me and we will open a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or refund once the claim is confirmed.

Free gifts from promotions ship in the same parcel as your order.
