Refund Policy & Sleep-Trial Promise

We want you to love your beauty sleep. If you don't, we'll make it right. This policy applies to orders shipped to the United States from bienesthar.com.

1. The Sleep-Trial Promise

Try your product at home from the day your order is delivered: 30 nights for Mouth Tape and 60 nights for the Knee Alignment Pillow. If you're not happy, email us at contacto@bienesthar.com within that trial period with your order number and we'll refund the full price of the product to your original payment method.

You don't need to send back opened Mouth Tape pouches (single-use personal-care item) or used pillows.
The promise covers one order per customer or household.
Refunds are issued within 5 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

2. Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund — your choice. You never pay shipping for our mistakes.

3. Lost or late packages

If tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived 20 business days after shipping, contact us and we'll resend it or refund you.
