This Privacy Policy explains how Bright Up LLC ("Bienesthar", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit bienesthar.com or buy from us in the United States, and the rights you have, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA ("CCPA") and similar state privacy laws.

1. Information we collect

  • Identifiers and contact details: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address.
  • Order and commercial information: products purchased, order history, communications with us.
  • Payment information: processed directly by our payment providers (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal); we don't receive your full card number.
  • Internet and device activity: IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, referring site, collected with cookies and similar technologies.
  • Approximate location derived from your IP address.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

2. How we use it

  • To process and deliver your orders, provide customer support and handle refunds.
  • To send order updates and, if you opt in, marketing emails or texts (you can unsubscribe at any time).
  • To prevent fraud, keep the Site secure and comply with the law.
  • To understand and improve the Site and to measure and personalize our advertising.

3. How we share it

  • Service providers that work for us: Shopify (store platform), payment processors, shipping and fulfillment partners, email/SMS and customer-support tools.
  • Advertising partners such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google, through cookies and pixels, to show and measure ads. Under the CCPA this may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Legal reasons: when required by law or to protect our rights, and in a business transfer.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

4. Your privacy choices and rights (CCPA and other US states)

Depending on your state, you may have the right to: know and access the personal information we hold about you; correct it; delete it; get a portable copy; and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information and of targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.

  • Opt out of sharing / targeted ads: use the cookie and privacy preferences on our Site, or email us with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share". We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals.
  • Other requests: email contacto@bienesthar.com. We'll verify your request using information associated with your order and reply within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent.
  • If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our response.

5. Retention

We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes (generally up to 7 years) and marketing data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

6. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
